E-MAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER. BUBBLYSCRUB.COM RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE QUANTITY OF ITEMS ORDERED AND/OR REFUSE TO SELL TO ANY
CUSTOMER.
Risk of Loss
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM BUBBLYSCRUB.COM
ARE MADE PURSUANT TO A SHIPMENT CONTRACT. THIS MEANS THAT THE RISK OF LOSS AND
TITLE FOR SUCH ITEMS PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER.
Liability Policy
SED Enterprises, LLC is in no way to be
held responsible for the use of products other than as directed. All
products sold on bubblyscrub.com have been thoroughly tested. If a skin
condition, rash, or allergic reaction develops due to using our products
discontinue use. Exfoliating products may remove both live and dead skin
cells. Due not use exfoliating products excessively to the point where you
are bleeding...this would be stupid on your part and we will not be held
responsible. Have fun with all of the bubbles. |
